RACING
For over a hundred years, DRYA has promoted and help organize yacht racing among the numerous sailing clubs in southeast Michigan that represent DRYA's member clubs.
HANDICAPPING
DRYA has a large role in the Detroit area sailing community to govern PHRF & ORC handicapping. DRYA collaborates with Midwest PHRF & US Sailing organizations to provide Handicapping services. Utilizing Midwest PHRF and US Sailing handicapping organizations promotes fair and balanced racing for the area's fleet.
